Providing Training, Education and Support for Early Child Care Professionals

Education & Professional Development

We deliver education and professional development to early child care professionals working with infants to school-aged children. Through coaching, training, and education, we support educators in family child care programs, center-based programs, and after school programs.

We meet the evolving needs of these professionals through a range of offerings:

  • Prospective educators benefit from our comprehensive teacher training in eastern Massachusetts, with programs offered in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Mandarin.

  • Early childhood professionals and program leaders rely on us for ongoing training on a variety of topics including:
    – Health and safety including CPR, AED and first aid
    – Cultural responsiveness
    – Social-emotional learning
    – Leadership

  • Educators earn college credits toward their degrees while satisfying EEC requirements by attending courses we offer in partnership with local colleges.
