TCG operates the StrongStart Professional Development Center (PDC) for the northeast region of Massachusetts, which is one of five regional PDCs for the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC). As a PDC, TCG provides training, professional learning communities, technical assistance, and coaching. PDC services are offered in multiple languages and are designed to meet the needs of educators and programs in the Northeast. Offerings align with EEC licensing requirements, and serve educators, programs, and administrators working in center-based, family child care, and out-of-school time programs.
