TCG’s operates an early childhood registered apprenticeship program for individuals looking to enter the field and become teachers. Our program is recognized by the Massachusetts Division of Apprenticeship Standards.
Apprentices receive instruction that prepares them to become a successful early childhood teacher as well as on-the-job learning in a classroom setting. While they complete their training, apprentices are placed in full-time, paid classroom positions, where they are supported by mentor teachers. Apprentices commit to the program for approximately one year.
